To celebrate, we have another recipe to stimulate the brain. Today's tasty dish is one of Parsley Health's favorites and was created by Lily Kunin of Clean Food Dirty City. Place the salmon skin side on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with sea salt and sprinkle some fresh herbs on top - use whatever you have in hand, but some favorites are thyme, rosemary and chives. Add a little lemon zest and a drizzle of olive oil.
